Excellent experience! The lady who took our order was so very nice! Our food was hot and we didn't have to wait very long. The lady then came over to our table and another gentleman's table and told us that if we took the restaurant's survey while we were there, that she would give us an apple turnover on the house! So we took the survey and got our treat. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal!

Just went for a milkshake for my husband. A lot of people waiting for their food. Got the milkshake fairly quick. Very thick that he had to eat it with a spoon.

Sweet potato waffle fries were overcooked. Hard like thick potato chips. Got it to go so we were stuck with them

Eat here every once and a while and there food is pretty good. Recommend trying the Roast Beef Sandwich or the Ruban

Prompt service, clean restaurant, and good food. My partner and I enjoyed our meals and the fact there was plenty of seating available at this freshly built (or well maintained) location. The air conditioning was in over-drive which made it a bit chilly inside, but I'm sure that's just a temporary glitch.

Stopped by this arby's to get food before I got to work. Well I ordered a roast beef half pound and a large combo. Got to work and boom I got everything small except the drink.

The food was OLD! Onion rings are supposed to be cooked to order, & sandwiches made fresh! The rings were inedible, sandwiches were cold! Disappointed!! My 1st job was Arby's, & you guys are #Slackers! Hopefully, you will #GetYourActTogether #Arbys it's not an employee social club, it's a business and without business you don't have a job. It's #meat #forsandwiches come on now!

It's an Arby's but one of the best ones I have are at. It's super cold for some reason. Hart to eat when you are experiencing frost bite.

Although this restaurant in Pigeon Forge did have a score of 100 on the health inspection we did have to clean off our own table before sitting down to eat and the food we ordered was not fresh. The food had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp or other equipment to keep it warm . The sweet potato fries we ordered were very old , just like rubber and also had curly fries and some other stuff mixed in with them as well . It was less then good and I do not recommend this particular Arby's .

Staff was friendly and welcoming.Food came out fairly quickly and was nice and hot.Only downside was the seating area was beyond freezing, which made for an uncomfortable eating experience.

YUMMY!!! The ruben sandwich is a must have. The staff so friendly and had my order to me so quick. The restaurant was just recently rebuilt and it's so clean. All around best fast food restaurant in Pigeon Forge.

Arby's is the same just about everywhere we have been. Consistent, fast and a bit healthier than many other places. What I did miss at this location was the jalapeno bites. Wish they'd had them! Store was clean, well kept and servers were friendly.

We don't eat at Arby's as often as we used too, it was very good and they had a lot of new items, service was very good also! I like Arby's and hope they can stay in business, they seem to have a hard time generating business with all the different choices out there.

They just have a really good atmosphere to enjoy yourself and relax in and the food is always good and fresh..... and I just want to give a good shout out to the new roast chicken wraps that Arby's has, I tried the roast chicken club wrap, and that thing was absolutely delicious

Food wasn't hot. Cashier have me fries I didn't order or want. Seemed offended when I told her I didn't want them. She said that's all right, just take them. I told her I don't like Arby's fries and seemed offended. Will go to Wendy's where I get better service.

Stopped for lunch at this recently reopened Arby's. Food was good and dining area clean. The lady that took my order, Wanda, was a hoot and really made my day. She was very nice and what a sense of humor. I will go there again very soon just to visit with her. Thanks Wanda for making my day great.
